Coming Soon: "Murder, Too Close To Home" J.T. Lewis

The sleepy little county in southeast Indiana is suddenly awakened by a series of murders, leaving local law enforcement unsure where to turn. Seeming like professional hits, the victims are nonetheless normal every day people, with no ties to each other or anything criminal. Of the scant clues left at the scenes, there is one that kept showing up, a business card identifying their perp only as the 'GHOST'.

Gabriel Celtic and the other members of the Major Crimes Taskforce have been tasked with finding the ominous man, but soon discover that they will be thwarted at every turn. The revelation of another's involvement also involved in the murders, the mastermind of the killings, sends the investigation yet again into turmoil as this person easily eludes their efforts to identify and locate...her, a woman!

As the murders continue, it also becomes apparent that Jasmine, the beautiful blonde mastermind, has it out for the County Sheriff's Department, implicating its involvement with each new body found.

Having never been involved in such a bizarre series of crimes, Gabriel soon learns that solving the investigation would cost one of his own the ultimate sacrifice.

Five Guests –One Intense Hour of Blogtalk Radio: Saturday a Christian/Inspirational Panel

My guests will be: Karen Anna Vogel, Roger Rheinheimer, Crystal Lynn, Kathi Macias, and Carey Jane Clark.
Here are their biographies and the link:
Karen Anna Vogel:
A trusted English friend among many Amish in Western PA, I want to share with you about these wonderful people I've come to love. We live in a terribly fast paced world and people are longing for simplicity. We need to get back to what's important; faith, family and friends.
The Amish Knitting Circle was birthed when Trestle Press contacted Suzanne Woods Fisher to write an Amish serial. Suzanne graciously referred them to me. Thank you Suzanne!
Being in a knitting circle myself, and seeing how women open up about their joys and problems, inspired me to write this series. The six women in the Amish Knitting Circle all have problems relevant to women today, and I hope readers will learn how problems are faces the Amish way, in community, confronting problems instead of ignoring them, and so much more.
I currently own Thrifty Christian Shopper, found at www.thriftychristian.com and on Ebay and Amazon. I have a B.A. from Seton Hill University, and a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
In my spare time I enjoy birding, photography, knitting, watching BBC Period Drama's and spending time with my husband and four grown "kids", who are now my BFF's ;).
Kathi Macias:
Kathi Macias is a multi-award winning writer who has authored more than 30 books and ghostwritten several others. A former newspaper columnist and string reporter, Kathi has taught creative and business writing in various venues and has been a guest on many radio and television programs. Kathi is a popular speaker at churches, women's clubs and retreats, and writers' conferences, and recently won the prestigious 2008 member of the year award from AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association) at the annual Golden Scrolls award banquet. Kathi "Easy Writer" Macias lives in Homeland, CA, with her husband, Al, where the two of them spend their free time riding their Harley.
Roger Rheinheimer & Crystal Linn:
Roger Rheinheimer spent the first eighteen years of his life in northern Indiana. His father was the only doctor for a small town of 1200, and had a hitching rail on a side street by his office for the Amish patients. His father bought an eighty acre farm, and Roger and his older brother worked it, raising cattle and growing crops.
While he was still in high school, Roger learned woodworking skills from Elmer Schlabach, his Amish mentor. They built houses in the old-fashioned tradition, from hand-mixing the concrete for the foundations to hand-nailing the shingles. The only phase they did not do was the electrical. To this day, Roger enjoys using his wood crafting skills, making acoustic guitars and furniture.
Roger earned an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Psychology from a small private college in the Shenandoah Valley, took a Creative Writing class, loved it, and published a short story called My Brother. He was a regular contributing writer to the college newspaper.
Roger has two novels in print and ebook, Amish Snow and Yield Spread: a novel.
Crystal Linn is a free-lance writer and award-winning poet who teaches a variety of creative writing classes. Her third book, Poetry for Friends, is scheduled to be released in the spring of 2012. She lives in the greater Seattle area where she enjoys reading mysteries, writing poetry and sailing with friends and family.
Carey Jane Clark:
Carey Jane Clark writes to instill courage, hope and conviction in her audience. She has authored several articles for Canadian publications and has ghostwritten a devotional for teens. She has been writing in one form or another for more than twenty years. Her writing in After the Snow Falls has been compared to that of Karen Kingsbury and Jodi Picoult.
Carey shares the adventure of her life with her husband Brian and three children, whom she homeschools. She blogs about their experiences homeschooling and as expats in China at www.careyjaneclark.com/enCouragement and www.holdthemsg.com.
